Eggplant Casserole Ingredients:

  • Flatbread (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
  • Sliced Eggplant
  • Chicken Bouillon
  • Olive Oil or your favorite seasoning
  • Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • Fresh chopped Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Onions, Basil, Mint, and Cherry Tomatoes
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
